Its really hard to get everything you need strictly from your diet.
that takes real dedication and the time to find real food, but its possible. its the ideal way, really.
Hemp protein - if thats considered the same as plant protein, it should be pretty good. I love the plant protein powder I take.. Its Non-GMO, Veganic, Non-Dairy, Non-Soy, No Animal so its Hypoallergenic, Gluten Free. Its pretty bomb
