Ok guys so this is my first grow. I am a member of shroomery. I have 4 plants going. 2 Blue Mystic and 2 Bubbleicious. I am using 8 2 foot t5 lamps 4 are 6500k and for are marine glo coral lamps. My plants are going into 4th week of growing and grew from seed. Anyone else using coral lights? Also using organic kellog patio plus with added bone meal and blood meal. I have used fish fert last week and yesterday added some superthrive.

How do you like that kellog plus . I heard good things about that soil. I was going to use it but then I founda hydrostore and now useing fox farm products. Anyway about the superthrive I got it and someone told me it was trash so let me know how you like it.

The kellogs is good. They have another blend im gonna use on my next grow. It's all organic and it's just like fox farms but half the cost. I've read nothing but good things about super thrive. Its been around for 50 years must do something right. I will say those marine glow bulbs the plants just love them. Where ever I move the bulbs the plants follow toward it. It's fucking crazy.

Were can I get those bulbs at and how much? If cheap I will try them out.
I think Im going to grow in kellog in my next grow. I have A new bootle of that super thrive ? How much should I start giving them ? There like 5 and a half weeks old? Still in veg.

I'm new to this too. I just gave my 4 plants a dose at 3 weeks old. I mixed 1.5 caps with a gallon of water and fed them it. I also gave them fish fertilizer about 4 days before that. The marine glo t5 bulbs I got at an aquatic store. Ok read this thread. There is like 20 pages but great info on coral reef lights.

Bulbs are 15 bucks each. Not cheap but i make good money so i can afford them.

I've been gardening for over 20 years now and the fact is that Superthrive has been on the market longer than 95% of all other nutrients or gardening gear in general, good stuff; b vitamins and IBA. I use it in every drop of water I feed. I have no experience with those particular T5s, however, the plants look happy, and that is how I judge my sucsess.
