Who cares.

It's not your opinions. It how you present them. I have good ratings because I help people out on a regular basis. You have poor ratings because you spout hateful words. It's not taking an unpopular opinion, it's being hateful.

I despise the US military. I think our government is fairly fucked up. I don't have poor ratings because I don't present those ideas in ways that cause offense.

IMO, you don't have bad ratings because you don't express your disdain for the military vehemently enough.
