Has anyone ever heard of this weird plant? It is said to contain cannabinoids, which is very interesting.
Much lower cannabinoids content than cannabis, I wouldn't be surprised if wasn't psychoactive, I wouldn't smoke it.
I just wasn't aware of other naturally cannabinoid containing plants beside cannabis. And I guess cocoa has some cannabinoids and polyphenols in tea activate cannabinoid receptors.

Apparently you can feel effects from it. It's been used in traditional ceremonies for a long time.

I definitely get a buzz from hot tea sometimes if I haven't eaten anything. People laugh at me for saying it haha but even sober I get something noticeable. Not impairing or anything, but a definite difference.

Yeh, lots of teas have calming subtle psychoactive effects which then combined with the change in body temperature (heat tends to relax your muscles) is enough to induce noticeable change in the way you feel and think.

I've definitely been so high I felt impaired. Granted, it takes obscene amounts in short amounts of time, but I've definitely been too high to do shit before.
Generally from edibles, but a few times from smoke too.
