I have a couple questions about a grow room idea. So I'm thinking about boxing the grow area in with some type of waterproof material, and make the box air-tight so to speak to I can set up an exhaust. Maybe a 10x20x10' area. I was thinking about pinning up a waterproof material similar to tarp on the walls, ceiling, floor, etc, then cover the inside of the tarping with mylar. I ran across this stuff called polyethylene sheeting. Would this type of material be proper for setting this up? Also does anybody have any ideas that might be better than this? Any advice is appreciated;

BLK/WHT poly vinyl, also known as panda film. Put the black part facing away from the grow area, white facing inside. Then you have no need for mylar, which sucks compared to solid white anyways.

And I'm pretty sure almost all grow stores sell it in bulk.
