When I read a text and start thinkin to something else in my mind, I start reading out loud, thinking it will help me concentrate back in the text. It doesn't really work.

I have no doubt other people do some of these things as well. NO matter how unique we think we are, someone else out there is doin' the same weird shit.....
I strategically plan out my bites during meals to be sure my favorite taste on the plate is the last one on my tongue.
I rinse dishes before using them even if they're clean.
I usually smell, feel, look at, and lick dark chocolate for a minute or two before eating it.
Touch random objects as I go about my day, certain things I just need to feel, I've been doing this since I was a toddler.
I smell a lot of random object through out the day, though particularly plants/organic things.
Sometimes there are certain noises or words that I enjoy randomly blurting out & saying.
I almost always walk quickly everywhere I go
I smell weed repeatedly and analyze it as I break apart a bud and strategically & carefully pack it into a bowl.
Anything in a bottle or jug (juice, water, milk, etc..) I always shake it vigorously before drinking, always.
I walk with a lifted heel/on my toes when walking barefoot in a house.
I make random equations out of sequences of numbers that I see, whether it be an address, the time, a phone number, etc.
...there are all sorts of little weird things I do, weird habits & mannerisms. It's hard to think of them though, since what I do is "normal" from my point of view. Will post some more things if they come to me...

Here's another one: I speak french most of the time, but often think in english and spanish even tho I really can't speak spanish that well.

I will say, I don't understand when people say they think in words or language. I can not wrap my mind around this.
My brain must work differently. I never think in words unless I am giving thought to something very specific to say in a conversation. But when I am going about my day doing normal day to day things my mind "thinks" in more of an abstract or conceptual sort of manner. There are no words involved.
Maybe this is why it is so hard for me to get my ideas and things I do want to say out of my head and into language  .

Well I'd say that I think about 50% of the time with words and the other 50% with kind of sensations or feelings, as you said, its quite difficult to explain, but I know you get what I mean, but in the 50% in words, i'd say about 50% of the time it will be in french, 40% in english and 10% in spanish (which is really not that structured and pretty much a lot of gibberish)

I'll translate portuguese and spansih to english in my head sometimes.
Usually when I think I do so in English, but at random times you can hear me talking to myself in spanish spittin' some nonsense.
