I know I know everyones gonna say stick to real herb I still do I just can't afford it as much as i like to smoke so i need an alternative.
So recently NJ passed a law banning all research chemicals to my understanding. Now I am a resident of NJ (Home/ Drivers licenses). So therefor ordering this would be illegal. I Attend school in NYC where technically I am not a resident of the state but have a place. Now is it legal for me to order my research chemical to my apartment in the city or will they see it as The new Jersey residence is ordering it so therefor its illegal. So basically does the law apply to me or the state I'm ordering it to?
I guess it would be like say fireworks. I think its illegal for me to go buy them and bring them back to my state but its legal for me to use in the state from where i purchased. Kinda like i purchase Jwh-122 in new york and therefor I'm free to do as i please in ny but once crossed into nj would become possession. Is this right?

No it wouldn't be illegal for you to order it to new york. And since you already know it's coming, save up your money and get some real herb
