Their Fired-Clay pellets, hydroton is their band name, but their just clay pellets. They are used instead of soil in hydroponics, and for aeration when mixed in soil or soiless mixtures. Their probably the most versatile medium IMO and can be easily cleaned and re-used.

yes.... very nice 
I liked the KCB 33 I smoked, they seem to do nice sativa crosses, your Cyber Crystal seems to be one such example judging by that massive, gnarly, thin-leaved, cola.
Your yield last time was not that bad! 120g / 400w = .3 grams per watt. For one plant, that's pretty good. If you fill your space and even out your canopy you can easily get that yield up to .5gpw or more.
With a small space and low plant numbers you should be bending and tying and supercropping the fuck out of those girls. Small grows are perfect for doing this sort of thing and will really maximize yield.
