The guys name is Ari Shaffir he's a Jewish comedian that plays at the comedy store. The series of tapes was financed by the magazine "National Lampoon" All the people in the series were paid and signed release forms, its satire. Its not real. There are other tapes on youtube. Its satirical comedy. There skits, not real depictions.
