 good sea of green pots?

So I found these spageti boxes  at a discount store for 1.19 a pop. They are 5in wide at the top, and about 13in tall. Are these good SoG pots or too tall? I know tall is good, but there has to be a limit...right?:O

6 inch square pots would be ideal so you can have 4 perfectly in 1 square ft of space

Thanks, but I knew that. Its just that it's really hard to find those, plus they are not as tall. Well I transplanted 2 clones to "spagetti boxes" and 2 to 18oz party cups (same mom) yesterday, so we will see sooner or later. What worries me is that due to the tall pots, the plants will grow too tall defeating the purpose of SoG..
Btw AFOAF has a few of the same clones flowering in 1gal bags, and they stop vertical growth at about 15".

Oh yeah, im ready for the cardio of my life lol, but I only have 8sq ft of space to fill out....now my friend's friend installed an irrigation system in his 8x4 space, so all he has to do is fill the tank weekly
what do you mean by root issues tho?

...the container is more then a foot long, and its sog, so clones will get 0 vegging time - I really doubt them getting rootbound. And if you mean salt buildup from nutrients, im pretty sure the less nutes used overall, the less salt buildup; these clones will live for 2 months so how would it be more of a problem then usual? Also I will use FFOF soil, so no feeding for 2 1/2 weeks:)
Ooooh ok I just got it. You mean if I OD on nutes, ill have to flush all of them 1 by 1? I mean thats true, but sinse they are all identical (and I will rouphly know what they need from raising their mom) I just have to make sure to start w/ a lower dose and only up it when I see a deficiency or stunned/slow growth.
Oooor do I not get it? >.>
