I thought Id mention that spice hits on opiod receptors. Its highly likely that as an addict you have a proliferation of opiod receptors, more than an opiate naive person would have, so spice (or even 3 beers) is going to affect you in an opiate type way. If youre serious about getting off smack, you have to stop doing everything, and get on methadone or subutex maintenance with decreasing doses or simply go cold turkey under medical supervision. Theres help out there, 2 years of regular use shouldnt be too hard to kick. Are you kickin, big time or just mildly?

A "real" opiate addict has to use these drugs in decreasing doses to effectively quit. In some cases, ie decades of daily use, an addict can have seizures and convulsions, that, without medical supervision, could lead to death. Any "real" junkie knows this, as do Physicians. There is nothing "Cool" about opiate addiction. Its a serious matter.
