I only smoke once or twice a week now. I used to smoke all day everyday. I have quit for several months at a time before and it was not too bad. Don't worry dude you can do it.

As for my smoking habit, I'm on and off. I take days to weeks off randomly, or im either smoking more than man should in one day; and this can go on for months, but i try to not let that happen. Depends on what's going on in my life

I'm not smoking at all. I quit, too.
It's been about 3 months and I've already noticed a bunch of benefits.
I'm sure you can do it, you seem like you have a good head on your shoulders.
