 Help motivate me to quit tobacco

Hey everyone. I'm trying to quit smoking cigs. Herbs all day is the plan so far. I have more than weed, some lobelia smoking mix to trick my brain. I also have the want to quit, I'd like to hit my bong and not fall over puking each time. You know like when we were younger.
So lets hear those stories of when you quit.
Show me some scary ass shit thats going on in my body.
Tell me what a piece of horrible nasty shit I was for ever smoking in the first place. I say negative response is better than none.
Keep me occupied while I fiend out.

I've read you say that. I dont mind still smoking. I want to break my habit of smoking. I really enjoy it but dont like the negative effects.
I would love to only smoke 3 or 4 a week. you know?
Plan on going a few weeks or months how ever long I last, then when I start back keep myself very limited and disciplined.

It's just not worth it man, I use to keep coming back for the 3 to 4 a week cigs, only on weekends.. Shit like that, but it only makes it more complicated. The way I look at it, why would I want to waste my lungs on that bullshit, when I can save it for some herbs that are better in practically every way? 
It's gonna be much harder for you to keep smoking, and try to stay out of developing a habit..

A friend of mine started taking rips of tobacco from his bong for the buzz before, and ever since he felt the after effects of it, smoking tobacco makes him want to vomit 
He used to be an everyday smoker, and pretty much made himself quit on accident, it's all for the best though

Yea, Take it from someone who quit numerous times. Don't touch them after. I have not touched one in over 5 years and now they make me sick but I had to get past that initial period where I told myself one is ok if I'm (blank)...... I worked in Casinos and the smell disgusts me.

My doctor told me that "1 out of 3 people who start smoking will eventually die." The other two apparently become immortal.
So you know how some parents buy a carton of cigarettes for a kid, and make them smoke the whole thing and get them sick and quit? When i was like 13 i tried so hard to get my parents to do that for me.

I haven't read all the posts so i don't know if someone has already given my advice. It's just gonna be a pile of philosopihcal talk and you get out of it what you want.
First of all, it's important to treat nicotine as the drug that it is. People in our culture don't respect alcohol, caffeine and nicotine as drugs and that's why their abuse is so widespread.
Don't just smoke cigs for the fuck of it. At bus stops, non-smokers can wait perfectly well for the bus while an addicted smoker would think "Cigy Time!"
The more you think of how much you wanna smoke, the stronger the urge to smoke will be. Law of Attraction... Think about good things in your life and think about your goals. I highly recomend you read The Secret.
The quickest way for you to lose you addiction is to trip in a shamanic way. The Psychedelic Experience covers everything you need to know about tripping. It's a must-read for trippers.
If you don't wanna trip, then it's gonna be much harder to lose your addiction! Still possible though. If i were you, i'd go on a camping trip or something similar for at least a week. Don't bring any cigs. Go alone or bring a friend. Learn to love nature and your fellow man.
It's possible to be happy without drugs. Drugs just have great potential for philosophical insight. It's our culture of stress and slavery which causes drug-abuse. Fuck our culture. Get back to nature. Nature is perfect. Might help to think "we're all One."
O and another piece of advice, the best actually. It's so simple but you gotta spend a few mins really thinking about and accepting it. It's this. Live your life without upseting The Balance and nothing can go wrong. It may take years for you to discover the perfect Balance. But you will. And as soon as you do you'll be on Easy Street
