My goal is to smoke cigars about every 2 weeks, without inhaling, as a reward. (I don't think I could quit tobacco forever, unless I get unlimited weed)
Or smoking a cigar for one week, then two weeks later smoke one, then three, then four etc.
I don't plan to inhale any of the cigar smoke

Start pipe smoking. I never like cigarettes, but I do love the pipe. So many blends of tobacco and pipes to choose from. You can smoke a bowl one day, or three or four and not smoke for a week if you don't want to. of course the risk of mouth cancer and teeth loss is still there, but pipe tobacco is allot better then nasty ass cigarettes.imo.
