 Disappointment in weed

Yesterday for the frist time in close to 1.5 yrs I finally dmoked sum weed, supposedy it was AK but When I finished smoking it out of a crudely made joint I just felt tired and my legs felt heavy along with my eyes feeling irritated like I just swam in a pool with my eyes open. Then I ended eating way too much food in one sitting to the point of sickness. Is this what its like?? Did I do something wrong I smoked the whole bag which was 1g of AK and I felt tired. I first cut the shit up then I rolled it with some parchment paper the best I possibly could. It looked fat to be honest and longer then my finger. Im not an expert pot smoker and this was only the 5-6 time I've smoked marijuna in my life so please bear with me.

I think you may have over done it. Next time just hit the joint 2 or 3 times put it out, wait for effect. Repeat till buzzed. Like anything else you will build up a tolerance then you can smoke more.

I dunno, if this is this guys 5-6 time smoking weed I'd put more weight on him not smoking it right, rather than smoking too much. I knew a few kids in high school who didn't smoke cigs, but "smoked" pot. However, they just held the smoke in their mouth before exhaling it rather than actually pulling it into their lungs.
Also, for someone new to smoking weed I'd suggest a pipe rather than a joint. Rolling it yourself can be damn tricky if you don't know what you're doing and you could end up wasting a large portion of your bud.

Sounds like you got stoned. I wouldn't smoke parchment paper though it's meant to withstand the oven so smoking it is probably not so smart. As for eating until sickness, that can happen to a new smoker.

Sounds as if you just smoked to much for a first time. Rolling in parchment paper though could not have been good. That actually had to taste like shit!! The munchies as most us stoners call it can be rediculous sometimes. I have eaten to sickness almost a few times. Well to the point I get some nasty heart burn and swear I wouldn't eat for a long time after that. Only to smoke another round and get munchies again. Eat till over stuffed and then have to go lay down just to be comfortable. Yes, these things are normal. Body load for first timers is fairly normal ime. The giggles are a usual thing too.

Yes thankfully I eat healthy and had no junk in the house at the time or else I would have annihalated it all. it was weird I was not hungry but I craved food badly. I was going to smoke using a alluminum pipe but i found out how unhealthy it is and i could not do it so i used parchment paper insted. I rarely smoke so I have no idea what its like to have a good tasting smoke all i know is i gagged very badly while smoking and almost threw up from how strong the smoke was during like the 4th hit, I had a cherry going. Whenever I do smoke pot again ill be sure to take things slower, I was in the middle of the woods smoking and bugs were biting my legs so i wanted to get the hell out of there as soon as possible. I smoked in the woods so i wouldnt stink my house. I was pretty disappointed with the way it turned out, so ill try again some time in the future when the opportunity comes. I think the fact that i smoked too quickly and used parchment paper ruined it so ill do it the proper way next time which is with an experienced stoner

Judging from what I've read here I don't think you smoked it wrong. The paper was a bad idea cause that fucked up the taste and made things harsh but I'm willing to bet that the buds weren't really AK-47 or 48 like you were told.
This is some AK-48 that I just finished up a month or two ago.

Like any other drugs, you will have find the dose that suits you. I recommend a pipe.

I wouldn't say a pipe is a bad idea if that's what you enjoy smoking, just be sure to stop smoking before you get completely stoned out of your face (just like waiting in between drinks and stopping before you're throwing up on the sidewalk)
