Here in CO they sell mother plants sometimes on CL and in a dispensary if you know where to go.. I have seen some 4ft tall Sour Diesels go for 100$. They tried selling a 4ft Golden Goat at a dispensary to me for $200 but I thought it was funny. None the less, the place where most of my clones came from has some outstanding genetics.
I see clone sales as a good business opportunity now because clones no longer count towards your plant limit, they have to be in 2'x2' pots though. (this is CO law of course)

That's also why there are a lot more places over there getting raided by the feds. 
You think the state that pretty much started the medical scene would fucking clean it up a bit.

I've seen a few MMJ people sell varying sizes of their plants, from cuttings to "teens", to "ready to flower". Hell, you could probably sell a plant 1/2 way through flowering if you found someone willing to buy it.

Yeah I have sold my extra clones on Craigslist before. You need your medical card. Also it would be wise to deliver them to someone rather then them coming over. I am sure you are aware 
I have had good success selling clones though. I charge 10 each.

People in NorCal and Southern Oregon have their own nurseries. People picking up month old vegged plants and shit for 20 bucks

You can take them up to Good Karma Growers collective in lake county. Teens for 20-25, and moms from 50 to 100.
