ive always wandered how much food i get through in a day, but never really pay attention to what i eat. so just out of interest i thought id make a food diary for a couple of days, showing every morsal of food i consume. could be interesting but probably not

can I put what I eat in here too?, so far 1 ripe mango, coffee, and ayahuasca
oh ya and a couple joints of a mix of lemon skunk pineapple kush and some dank outdo

Yesterday for lunch i had Teriyaki tofu with black beans and brown rice.
Today for lunch i had cheese enchiladas with some mexican style rice and charro beans.

I had a wrap
grilled chicken, montery jack cheese, romaine lettuce, okra, bean sprouts, spinach, banana peppaz, jalep peppaz, hot chile sauce. THink that is it though I feel I forgot something.

kinda was really hungover from sunday so I didnt eat anything until dinner which was 2 brats, nw today Im gonna make a protein smoothie do my workouts then get some shit done around the house for spring

for breakfast i had some Belgian waffles.
Lunch i had some ritz crackers with natural crunchy peanut btuter
and now for dinner i have a salad with a parmesan sauce sauce, Chicken Alfredo with mushrooms and pene pasta

Had a sausage egg muffin from burger king for breakfast, no lunch, and some spaghetti for dinner. I'm about to go eat a grilled cheese with a smoothie here in a bit.

I was hoping when you said food diary that it would be something that you recorded in private. the growery doesnt need to know about every "morsal" of food you consume. Or at least put it in your Journal on here and not the main forum.
