The taste of their chicken has drastically changed over the last eight years. It's def not good anymore... The chicken is hella poor quality and just nowhere near as good as it use to be. I don't go near KFC anymore... It's all about Popeyes!

of course they genetically alter the chickens. Pretty much all the chicken you buy anymore is genetically altered to make their breasts bigger and what not. It's not a big deal really if you know anything about genetics. I am going to assume you do not.

The reason I'm asking is because someone I live with ate some and they're sick now and last time I ate it, it fucked my stomach up too. Maybe just grease n shit, who knows.

First off, think rumour often centers around the fact that they changed their name to KFC. The name change has nothing to do with the food, but rather they wanted to "fit in" with other businesses with acronyms and short names, like BK (Burger King), Micky D's (McDonalds), and Subway (not an acronym, but a short name).
But to answer your first question: They don't genetically-modify the chickens, but they do some intense selective breeding to get those huge breasts that Tangerines is talking about.
GM animals a very new science and is VERY expensive to do. Selective breeding or choosing specific birds with specific traits, then mating them together for more exaggerated traits (like what is done with domestic dogs and cats) is much simplifier and cheaper to perform, and that is why they use it.
However, some types of corn are GM'd to grow certain types of anti-fungal and insecticides to fight off loss crops due to animal infestations, but most is done with extreme selective breeding. And since chickens are fed corn, they do eat GM foods, but they are not GM'd themselves (too pricey).
The really sad thing is that chickens at KFC are raised in window-less, dark "silos" where they grow up from a chick in complete darkness with hundreds of chickens around them. Bacteria runs ramp, so bacteria-resistant foods are fed to them, which is bad for us because ingesting any Anti-bacteria drug/chemical can be harmful to our immune systems in the long-run (i.e. the Hygiene Hypothesis). My source: a documentary on livestock farms in America. Can't remember the name.
So yeah, KFC does some horrible things to their chickens, worst than what is done to Cows for McDonalds patty burgers....
But that's a different story.
Shame on you KFC!

But if I did ever have to raise animals to kill them, or use them for anything, I'd give them pot and love 24/7.
And than I'd hire Coaster to guide them through a ketamine/LSD mix session in an isolation tank before their death which would be the latest possible moment.

I don't care if I'm puking it. Until this promotion is done, I'm getting 3 pizzas every Friday for me and my homies with everything on it 
I ate there recently, and it wasn't as bad. The last time I had eaten there before was like 8 years ago, so, odds are they changed the formula a little bit. Nothing beats NY Pizzeria (IDK if its a chain, or if its just what all the pizzerias around here name their business haha), but for $10 with like 15 toppings, I can't say no.
Except for Wednesdays. 10 cent chicken wings tonight. Yessssssssss.
