I have a food journal app on my phone, im glued to it after a meal. Its brutally honest, so it makes you eat good lol.

I had homemade burgers for first dinners, and then ate out and got some delicious sushi and Japanese-fried chicken. My stomach was so pleased.

I take a vitamin every morning. But I think calcium and vitamin C and protein is a great way to start the day.

My mom would make me take one every morninv from like...5 to now. Its burned in my head. And if I miss one, I dont feel as good during the day.

Man i had no food and just got off work so I put some leftover spaghetti in the skillet with some olive oil...scrambled up a couple eggs and put them in there with a slice of cheddar and some onion. Not the most healthy thing, but it was delicious. Garnished with mucho
