 Jail time for not going to AA?

My partner was busted 3 times for weed possession. We never had anything big, just a few nickel bags... On the 3 time, he was ordered to go to AA meetings, but every time he called they never picked up so he was never able to go. I don't think he's on probation or anything. He has a court date comming up and he said worse case scenario, they'll just give him a fine....but I'm worried he may go to jail or something. Could that happen?

Don't you mean NA meetings?
and well if they never answered the phones that's their problem and obviously you had no way of influencing their actions, but aren't you just supposed to show up at the scheduled times he was mandated to go at or was that the whole point of the phone calls was to find out when to go?
Just keep calling would be my suggestion.
and then just tell them that you have called before and nobody answered, providing what times you called...
Was there an answering machine?
As long as your cooperative I don't see a problem.

They will just extend your probation until you finish all of them and all of your other classes like the alcohol ones and shit

I can't belive I just quoted this guy but he's right.
Get on the computer, its not that hard to find a Meeting. Look in the newspaper. Keep calling.
I sign these things all the time.
Its anonymous, no way to ck anything out.
Edit: Go to one meeting so u know what the place looks like.
