It's a polymer. Stronger than steel. Glocks are awesome guns. There's been tests done on them where they've done all kinds of things to the guns and they would still fire. I think they submerged them in mud, rocks, dropped them from and airplane, and some more stuff, but they always fired. Very nice pistols. Glock will probably be my next gun actually.

I've shot a few glocks that other people owned. I hate them. In my opinion their accuracy past 15' is bullshit.
I don't know how they got popular with ghetto people. I thought they like to shoot each other at long range... like drive-bys.
