Maybe this is normal but it just looks kind of strange to me 
Its not on all my plants so thats wht im curious about it

you're fine there, bloating means strength sometimes IMO

Those are some happy strong plants right there.
I got that on my Big Buddha Cheese, nothing to worry about. I think its just plant structure.
