My grow space is 4 x 1.5 x 5, 30 cubic feet.
What is the largest or most optimal light for this space? I am currently using 250 watts of CFL. Heat is 78-83

i almost have the same size box, u can use a 250 watt hps in there for best results but alot of heat, i am using a 150 watt hps plus sum cfl supplements and made sum homemade reflectors for them here's sum pics.

nope it doesn't even send off alot of heat i can put my hand like an inch from the bulb and it still is not that hot (16,000 lumes) it dose and it has a built in ballast so its just plug and go all in one. get a 1 year warranty too with it and its a big name company.
