i took 14 of those time released ones a few years back.
up for 2 days tweakin'.
but it still didn't compare to a hotrail.

The secret to crushing up anything:
1.) Lay a bill (ie banknote) over whatever you want to crush, in this case the bead; other paper isn't necessarily durable enough for this.
2.) Lay a lighter flat on top of the bill, press down, and rub it back and forth across the bill for 10-20 seconds.
3.) Scrape the powder that stuck to the bill into your pile, cut into lines, and enjoy.

Adderal has never done anything for me personally. Several of my friends can take the same dose as me and they are unable to sleep for days but I can fall asleep in an hour after taking them.
