I haven't done any opiates in 23 days, and never have been physically dependent on opiates. I guess I just naturally feel shitty all of the time. I've been trying exercise too. W.E though, I'm starting to be content about feeling shitty like this.

i think after a while ull start 2 feel betta
opiates can mess u up for a while after u stop

only other drug I do is caffeine. The thing is, I never used opiates THAT much though. I was just chipping for a few years, even didn't do them for a year and half before, and felt fine. I think caffeine has something to do with it, or not sleeping well. I try to get a lot of sleep each night though, 7+. I have tried not consuming any caffeine, but even after the withdrawals are done, I CANNOT function without it. Sorry for the lame rantings.

thats the only drug i dont do rofl
y dont u trade that for weed and ull be much much happier
and 7 hours is nothing u need more

Well, right now I just can't do illegal drugs. Someday hopefully. I sort of think maybe I sort of feel shitty from social anxiety...when I'm around people all day, I feel so anxious and I think a shit load and I think that makes me feel tired and stressed out. I dunno though.
