It's just barely far enough out of town to be all surrounded by woods, and the property is fairly large, with a couple treeswings, etc.  Extremely easy access to a really cool park with tons of trails.  And of course there's remnants of the Fair all around.

i'm all over festivals. haven't been to too many raves. really just haven't had the opportunity to make it to one. i'd like to. well i've been to smaller club type deals, whatever. i was supposed to be out there for the closing of the warfield for Phil Lesh but a bunch of :cop: stuff went down so it pumped the brakes
