theres allways time to make a change DD, just start small accomplish a few small tasks and work your way up, like for me today I'm gonna keep my house clean, do the dishes and laundry, and focus on not drinking...
and then tomorrow I will make a whole new list and do that... my problem is being consistent with my actions...

just got way too high to go back to work. I wish i could call in sick. too much to do though. I will just listen to music and space out and do the minimum amount. responsibility can be a real bitch. i can't imagine how much responsibility the guys at the top have. I mean to be ultimately responsible for the employment of 30,000 people and trying to grow and not topple the shit over seems tough.

I usually listen to sirius radio. they have a 90's alternative rock station and a jam band station that I usually flip between. However, i think this might be a radiohead type afternoon. what are you listening to this afternoon?
