2. How old are your plants?
3. How tall are your plants?
4. What size containers are they planted in?
5. What is your soil mix?
6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use?
7. What is the pH of your water?
8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio?
9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything?
10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights")
11. How close are your lights to the plants?
12. What size is your grow space in square feet?
13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space?
14. What is the pH of the soil?
15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space?
16. How much experience do you have growing?

It could be anything.  Feel out the above questions if you want help.

Ok, not to be a dick or anything, but you have "n/a"d EVERY single IMPORTANT variable for ANYONE to even ATTEMPT to properly diagnose your problem. It could be toxic salt buildup, could be overheated, could be PH WAY off, could be not enough water, could be too much water, could be a HUNDRED other things and without the PROPER information NOBODY will be able to help you.

The plants 3 months old and only a foot tall? What strain is it? Seems really short for 3 months old.

That is entirely too short for a plant of that age, you are correct. And what is causing it is one of those "N/A" variables.

my variables are straight im trust me im just looking for a few possible causes the soil im using has a 0.21 - 0.07 - 0.14 nutrient in it that lasts up to six months of growing i know i have no salt build up because i have been giving it nothing but water for about 3-4 weeks now. I water every other day a half liter between two plants my drainage is fine im using plastic 3 gallon plant pots one of witch has a crack down the side i.e. the problem plant.so i know its not that and my plants are only 2 months and a week sorry that was a typo. Now with all that said ne more advise would b great I really dont want to lose this plant.

that's all well and good, but we really can't help you unless we know what the ph of your water and soil are. what type of water are you using? tap water, distilled, RO? do you let your plants dry out enough before watering again? what is the humidity and temperature of the space you are using to grow in? these are all extremely important factors that will help us to help you figure out what is causing the issue with your plant.

if you had posted pictures and the ph of your soil, we could have told you that days ago. instead, you chose to omit some of the MOST IMPORTANT information needed for us to help you due to ego or some other bullshit reason.
