It's not so much that you age differently but that the world around you is moving faster in time in relation to yourself. This phenomenon is theorized when an object approaches the speed of light.
If you wanted to age more slowly hibernation is a possibility.

What if everyone's perception of color was different, and what I thought green looked like was completely different to what everyone else saw. What I think is blue, could be what you see as red.

Man, I've had that same one. Over and over again. I didn't read it anywhere, I thought of it years and years ago. And now I see it all over the internet and always . It must be a common thinker for smokers.

Holy shit you guys too, swear I was thinkin about this yesterday driving around. I am not versed in the science of light, but it is also interesting to think about the possiblity that there could be way more colors than we can see.

There ARE more colors than we can see, anything into the ultra violet or infrared range.

Personally, I was thinking more along the lines of - I see the grass as green, and the sky as blue. Maybe someone else has the same exact thing inverted. Their grass is my blue, and their sky is my green. But, since we learned the colors by matching the shade to the name, they believe theirs is green and blue, when its really blue and green.

Well good luck getting them to let you grow! I'm actually in a rather similar situation myself, considering that I'm only 18 and will be living with my parents over the summer. I'm going to attempt an outdoor grow next year but I'll be trying to build and hide a small stealth cab for vegging in. Probably not going to tell them about it, mainly because I don't think they would appreciate me committing a felony in their house.

There are lots of things that I do that I know they wouldn't approve of, but I do them anyways because I feel like I can handle them in a mature fashion.
I don't mean to sound like I don't care about them or anything, but I'm not at all planning on running a permanent grow op in their house. Probably just vegging out 2-3 plants that I'll grow outdoors to get some experience.
And besides, if I end up having a successful grow I won't have to blow loads of cash on buying more weed. Even if I fuck up I'll at least be able to learn from my mistakes.

dude, if its not your house, you aren't gonna be able to handle a goddamn thing. If your parents are unaware of you growing in the house.. Say you're not home one day, police show up and tell your parents someone told them there was drugs in this house, your rents oblivious to whats in your bedroom deny this and tell them go ahead and search. From then on anything in your posession thats not with reciept is taken. And you and maybe your parents are now felons.
Hope you can handle that in a mature fashion whilst your parents are choking the ever loving fuck out of you.

yeah but its tough to find a safe outdoor spot around here. every possible site i can think of has a public footpath or even a road a short distance away.
if i was to grow indoors it would be in a stealth wardrobe/closet setup with a 250w hps.
no one would know it was there

I see where you're coming from, but I'm not planning on keeping anything incriminating at the house or property other than the stuff necessary to get my feet off the ground for a personal grow.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that if I'm doing it for purely personal reasons then I don't see why I should worry about it too much. But then again, the paranoid ones are the ones that don't get caught...and if I get caught with plants in that first month of vegging I probably fucked up hard anyways.
Meh...I guess it would be pretty shitty for me to do that without their knowing, no matter how well I might be able to pull it off.

Ive thought about that before. Sometimes when im high around religious people all i can think is, why the fuck are you subscribing to this? You've never seen god yet you put so much faith and credit to him. fucking ridicolous to me. Yeah I've thought of this one before, especially after psychedelics such as psilocybin and LSD.
But yeah, since we are able to associate things by shades and "how it makes us feel" I think colors are the same (unless you are color blind of course!) Which begs the question... how do people know they are colorblind?

people can tell they are colorblind when 2 or more colors look the same.

well it makes sense when the colors are close, everyone can have trouble pinpointing the moment blue turns into green
