Red meat is cancerous, this is proven. Plus every chemical & hormone they pumped into those cows stays in the meat you eat.

Yeah, unlike chicken or fish I think cows are intelligent or aware enough to actually consider it murder.

See, that term pedo gets thrown around a lot.
Is a 16 year old guy having sex w/a 16 year old girl a pedophile?
If not, then how is a 30 year old considered a pedophile for doing the same thing?
I think y'all need to look up the definition for pedophile.

Every animal pretty much does the same thing when you are killing it,
they struggle and try to get away.

I don't see how a cow is any different.

chickens can survive for a long time without their head, that says a lot.

Cows have bigger brains. Like banana said, it's like they know. They're more aware of the situation, same with pigs. I read that they release toxins at the time of their slaughter from fear, which is also in the meat.

When I look at red meat these days I see something on the same level as cigarettes. It's slowly killing you, not enough for you to notice.....but it can catch up to you in the future. The numbers for cancer related deaths in vegetarians is pretty low, and while I couldn't give up meat totally I'm trying to stay away from at least red and sticking to white meats & organic stuff whenever I can.

It's so tempting to get a beef and potato burrito at taco bell, though :drooling:

Or eat some ribs or steak. I break sometimes, like every once in a while I slip up and eat red meat. But after being without it for a while it starts to not settle in your stomach well.

Taco bell is the worst of the worst. Their meat is so unhealthy that they get fined for every day they are open, but so many people love it and they make so much money that they just stay in business

Just convince yourself that the meat wasn't red at the time you ate it, and you won't feel guilty after.

I honestly like it more now than white, after a while you just get used to it & going back to white is just crap.

Plus it's good for you, dawg

I like white bread for things like French Toast.

But for sandwiches, it has to be wheat or rye (with grains).
