Is it wasting any actives in the vapor? Anyone know? (That might get caught up in the water). I was just wondering.
The vapor is already super pure and clean as it is, I was wondering if it was possible that you might actually be losing actives in the vapor by filtering it through a bong.
Beneficial or pointless? I'm just curious

I dont think you would lose enough to not make it worth using a bong just for the sake of bongness

Why you would do that is because it concentrates the vapor so you can take more in single hit. This gets you higher per-vapor than inhaling it normally for the same reason gravity bongs are so effective. It's my opinion that any loss from bonging the vapor is compensated by this concentration effect.
