Lets say i got a hold of a few seeds. How would i germinate them? And after that how would i plant them?

put them between wet paper towels..should sprout pretty quick

yeah, put them between paper towels or napkins. make sure they're moist and keep them in the dark. they could start sprouting as soon as two days, so keep checking them and move them to some soil as soon as they do.
here's what i do:
- cut a plastic cup so that it's only couple cm high (like 3 or 4).
- cover the bottom with some paper towel/napkins
- throw in some seeds
- then finally cover it all with more towel/napkins
- throw some water in there, and get rid of any excess water.
- put in a dark place, i leave it at room temp and i've never had problems
it couldn't be any easier.

I plant the seeds right in the dirt a half inch down.point the tip of the seed down in the soil, thats were the root emerges.

All I have ever done to germinate seeds is to put it in a small cup/pot and shove the seed about 1 inch under the top soil.
In a few days you will have a little plant growing in your pot.
