I wouldn't necessarily say they're a moron. But definitely a very closed minded individual.
I've used marijuanna on an almost daily basis for 7 or 8 years now, for both religious and recreational purposes. It's definitely my favorite hobby...

One of the things I think is wrong with the counter culture is you have a bunch of potheads that claim they want it legalized because it helps with AIDS, cancer, and chronic pain. And it may do these things but I'm not just about to capitalize on others pain and suffering to legalize it. Why do I want it legalized? So I can get high and enjoy it and not have to worry about getting arrested.

at least you are honest.
i for one have seen it help cancer patients in my family, so i want it to be at least medically legal around the states.
but for legalization, i would enjoy being able to grow myself without having to be arrested for years because of a plant.

apparently your not sick or sufffering from severe chronc pain like some of us that actually use it for medicine. I need it legal i use it medically it is a true blessing

Legalize it.
Stop supporting the Drug Cartels having it illegal. <-- this is only making the border war worse.
Make illegal importation of it from mexico punishable by death.
Make any form of brickweed still illegal (any grower with common sense won't brick their weed, it'll mostly be mexican schwagg).
Make growing it legal, and buying from U.S growers legal.
I want it legalized so for one it will be like a kick to the balls for the drug cartels. So we can get high without worrying about being arrested. Also, to get rid of most of the shady dealers that will add weight to the buds (mostly brickweed anyways) to make more money. People will be buying from growers who would be much more generous if growing were legal.As a matter of fact they probably wouldn't buy it anyways and would grow their own, it would probably be traded strain for strain more than bought.

Legalize it and tax the fucking shit out of it! Make the growers pay for a license. Make em pay for an application to get that license. Make em pay taxes on what they grow, either a per plant flat tax, or percentage of what they make when they sell it to a dispensary (I'm in favor of the per plant tax, since a lot of growers wouldn't be selling it, it'd just be for personal use). Make the dispensary pay all these same taxes and fees too, and make them tax the user when he buys it.
Regulate the hell out of it just like they do tobacco, and they'll be able to transform the national budget almost overnight!

I would obviously like to see it legalized, really I support the legalization of all drugs. The sale of the drug will be taxed, one could privately grow it but not sell it without paying taxes on it, of course there are ways around this but it would be best that on a legal level we collect taxes on all sales. It also should be inspected, thc levels labeled, laws put into place outlawing selling marijuana with additives. Most likely it's sale at first will be restricted to authorized cannabis shops, really I would be fine if this way the case. I wouldn't want to buy weed from a gas station, for that matter there should be I think a limit on how much weed a given cooperate or private entity can produce, preventing monopoly from occurring while still allowing everyone to reap the benefits.

I'd probably do sea of greens if it were legalized so I dunno if I'd be in favor of a per plant tax 
I don't ever want to see brickweed in our country again, and legalization sure would help.
After legalization in the u.s, I would completely embargo the mexican-u.s imports of cannabis, other than seeds, since bud would most likely support the cartel no matter how you look at it since mexico is so corrupt, causing it to have to be smuggled in, most likely in brick form, keeping brick form illegal in the country prosecuting those who support the gangs. I'm really not happy about Arizona, esp when it's known that Mexico wants to take the southwest of the u.s back into mexico again. If we can clean out iraq I don't see why this drug cartel would be such a problem, we need our troops in the right places.
