2 cans black beans 4 cloves garlic half yeller onion cumin/salt/peppa tortillas wee bit olive oil limes!
sautee the garlic (minced) and onions in the oil until the onions are almost translucent. oil should be reduced down a bit at this point. add your beans and start mashin them. i dont mash em all up, but most of them. add salt/peppa/cumin to taste. doens't take long to cook ~10mins
throw this protein paste on your torilla and squeeze some lime on there, badass tacos. add avocado (fruit of gods) or cheese maybe.
