I'd actually make a judgement call on the problem any day by just what it looks like, more experienced growers will like to see that stuff though.
Haven't seen this yet, but I'm going to go ahead and say it's IRON toxicity I have no idea how to fix this but that's the only thing that looks even generally close to this.

Thanks for your help, it seems to have went away on it's own 
i did over nute for a bit so iron toxicity makes sense
