i have a 2x4x5 grow tent and plan to use a 400 watt hps light w/ diy cool tube:
im wondering how many cfm's im going to need between 2 inline fans to make this cool tube actually work right (inlines work for both inlining fresh air and one for exausting hot air right?? sorry im new to this!)..im looking for a failry cheap, but still decent quality quiet fan (if possible) that WILL GET THE JOB DONE!

You only need 1 fan. This one:
   
It's a 6" Soler & Palau TD-150. It's a SICK fan for the price. I have it cooling a 430W HPS and it's running on the LOW speed. You will never have a problem keeping your room cool with this fan. Plus it has a 5 year warranty. I can confidently say that this would cool 2 (and possibly up to 3) 1000W HPS if it was wired on the high speed.
Caution: This fan will make you very happy.

Yes, but my fan only LOOKS like a jet engine, WITHOUT sounding like one. Now that it running in the tent, it's just about silent.
A much better buy if sound levels are an issue.
