YO! My friend wanted m to upload these pics so the veterans out there could tell him if its something to worry about or not!
He uses... well water gh Ph test kit and hesi coco specific nutes(the starter package)
They are about ten days in from when he first placed the germed seeds into the coco
they are all showing signs of minimal yellow spots but the picture of the individual plant is the MOST EXTRME case.(the last pic)
they are bagseed!
is this something to worry about?
He uses the ph test kit but sometimes it's hard to tell the ph by the color code =(
he thanks you in advance for all your help!!!!

They're hungry, feed them.
Just keep the test as close as you can and you should be alright.

Do you mean water everyday with nutrients? If that is what you mean, then no do not water everyday with nutrients. If that is soil they are growing in give them nutrients every other watering, and water when the soil is pretty dry.
To answer your other question, well water can be fine or it can be really high in calcium and other things. If there is a lot of limestone in your area your pH may be high. I'm on a well and my water works for everything I grow, the pH of my water is around 6. If you have a high number of total dissolved solids (PPM over 200-250) you probably want to invest in a reverse osmosis filter.

So since Coco is pretty much devoid nutrients. Your growing soil-less, so I would be using nutrients with every watering. Give em a bump up on the nutrients and definitely feed every time you water.
If your wanting to go the soil-less route, I suggest tat you save up some money and purchase a digital pH meter and PPM meter. You can thank me later.

There's lots of things that can be wrong. If he didn't flush the coco properly before planting there's a chance your Na levels are through the roof. If the well water is hard, or near being considered hard, he'll need to buy nutrients specifically designed to work with hard water sources. If he's not feeding enough then feed more (this is the easiest problem to fix).
Test the PPM of your water and find out if it's hard or not.

Quoted for importance. A lot of people don't know this and wonder why they can't grow in it.
