Your right. However, I don't like it when profit driven fast food corporations, that are in the business of mistreatment of animals and serving people toxic waste as food, try to win the hearts of people by portraying themselves as compassionate, generous and empathetic.
It's a disturbing marketing strategy to say the least. Manipulating peoples emotions to drive up business. All the while, they continue to serve more of that toxic shit and continue to abuse more animals.
So yes, it may not be hypocritical per say - but it's still down right slimy in my opinion.
