 Uhhh....overwatering? or......???

So over the past two days like...80% percent of my seedlings have been drooping. Like...extremely.
I watered them two days ago (including today) and now most of them are droopy. Droopy as fuck. A couple have only begun to show the first stages of new leaf growth (they are only seedlings with the two roundy type leaves and the two kinda marijuana looking leaves with the new set barely sprouting).
Is this due to overwatering? I have been dunking the jiffy pots into water until its more or less soaked when the soil seems extremely dry. I do not have pictures, sorry, I know this is probably necessary.
Anyways, I took three of the most healthy looking seedlings and transplanted them into bigger pots today. Hopefully this will help. :[ :[ :[ :[

In other words, you watered them two days ago and today?
From the sounds of it, your overwatering. You're only suppose to water like once a week with soil. A good way to assess the moisture of your soil is to push your finger bellow the surface of the soil maybe 1/2 an inch or so. If it feels moist, don't water.

absolutely false. At times you MAY only water once a week, but when the plants get bigger they require more water/feedings.

Depending on the size of the plant this may have solved your problem.
