I only took 5mg. Ive been having a very irregular sleeping pattern lately, sleeping from like 8am-4pm so I am trying an alternative method to shake it up a bit

i know, i've been reading.
taking an RC (at any ammount) to stay awake, after a night of not sleeping is just unhealthy. not good for the mind.
i know from personal experience, im not just being a dick.

You have some sort of data to suggest that taking low doses of RC's after staying awake for 24 hours is any more harmful than recreational use of RC's? Or of any other psychedelic for that matter?
Considering I didnt even wake up last night until 5pm, I wasn't even running on sleep deprivation.
Regardless, it really is none of your business how I choose to use my drugs. Especially when you are basing your information on your own personal experience and nothing more
