I've been fasting for the past 5 days, and I've got 9 more to go.
No food for me. No herb either. Total body cleanse for 14 days...this one is supposed to be the hardest, so the rest of the time should be a breeze.

I had 15 cent chicken wings at a new place with 50 flavors! 
I had taco, char-grilled honey bbq and bacon ranch. Bacon ranch was DEFINITELY the best...but the honey bbq were good too. Taco...meh. Didn't really taste like a taco.

Crazy, I just went 3 days w/out eating a bite, then ate a huuuuge dinner last night and this morning was hell, I didn't sleep last night and my stomach feels like I could die... bad idea.

Yep, after a few days, all of the digestive enzymes and beneficial bacteria are pretty much gone from you GI tract, so putting food in there in that state can make you very sick.
If I ate anything right now, I would be sick for a week or more because it would all just be rotting and fermenting in my stomach.

Duck is freaking delicious! The layer of fat that keeps it warm all the time emulsifies when you cook it and it gives the duck so much flavor.
Spency: I ease back in to solid food by drinking just juice for a day, then juice and vegetable broth the next day, and then the third day is fruits and veggies only. After that you're good to go again; its also a good idea to eat some yogurt or a supplement with some probiotics so that you can boost the number of beneficial bacteria in your GI tract.

While you fast you have to keep the intestinal tract moving, so I drink a laxative tea every morning and 32 oz of water with 2 tsp of salt in it at night. I literally am shitting 6-8 times a day. Gross, no?

i found that after you reach the third day of fasting, the food craving is almost non-existent. it's interesting though the things you occupy yourself with other than thinking about eating. the feeling is great after going for a few days.
i'd love to give it another go soon, it's been a long time.

I bought an 11lb pork loin for $20 a few weeks ago
mushrooms are cheap and a bag of dry peas is cheap too
the whole meal didn't cost more than $10 including charcoal
and that fed me and my wife, w/a shit load of peas leftover for tomorrow
I'm just enjoying the benefits of shopping around mang

I ate chicken wraps, consisting of Chi-Chi's soft tortillas,Tyson crispy buffalo chicken breast, and lettuce, topped with some creamy caesar and rooster sauce. Good stuff.

I want to make a baked chicken parmesan on rotini pasta..
Anyone got some tips for baking it?
I normally don't bake.
I start by boiling the pasta while dipping the chicken in beaten egg then rolling that around in bread crubs.
While the pasta's boiling I fry the breaded chicken.
Once pasta's done I put sauce on teh strained pasta and drop the breaded chicken on top.
I want to bake it tonight though, I think it'll taste better.

I would suggest browning the chicken in the frying pan then finishing in the oven, other wise you end up with an overly browned surface by the time the middle is cooked. Stick the chicken in the oven about 350 for 20-25 minutes, pull it out cut into one, make sure its done. Then add your Mozzarella or cheese of choice ( I do mozz and parm as the parm browns more than melts) stick it back in the oven under the broiler and watch closely for 2-3 minutes, pull it out when it's melted/browned to your liking.
You could also put the chicken on top of the pasta and cheese the whole thing before you broil, get everything nice and melty.

Thanks for the advise, I wound up starting it on the pan then throwing it all together in that dish and baking for like 20 minutes.
Was OMG so delicious, I got leftovers for tomorrow

So, my dinner ended up not including blow (motherfucking addicts) but instead it contained an $80 win from my $7 investment and a ton of $5 liters of schnapps.
I woke up this morning surrounded with liquor and money.
The craigslist whore had already left, and didn't steal any of it.
Edit: Just checked my phone. Turns out the whore was my best friends sister, and I didn't give her any of my money, thats why I have some left. Uh oh.
