Is there a large chance of getting caught ordering seeds from the UK? I am unable to find any law that specifies possession of them in the state of new york to be illegal. Des anyone know of people that have gotten caught through mailed seeds?

Usually they just take them. Looking in to every mail order that contained something illicit would cost billions.
I've ordered pills before and they just sent me a letter in the mail saying they took it...Then I ordered some again and they sent another letter...

All my seeds from the Uk got taken but Canada is usually more sucessful, also if your in new york there is a really nice seed shop right over the border.

Driving to Canada is currently not an option for me, unfortunately. But I guess ill just order from canada.

Gotta be honest here but I've always found ordering from the European sites better then the Canadian ones.
Reasons why
They are much cheaper then the sites in Canada, usually by more then half.
Now as far as getting caught the Canadian sites are red hot right now thanks to Marc Emery and shit that has been stirred up by him and the Heavens Stairway bust (the bust that brought down Overgrow). The American authorities have busted seed companies in Canada several for that fact and none have ever been busted in Europe. The Canadian companies have been busted for mainly one reason since selling seeds is legal in parts of Canada and that reason is shipping seeds to the Good old US of A.
