Poor myco. So much negativity has been thrown your way on here, I can only imagine how the guilt feels!
I see where your coming from. We make really stupid mistakes sometimes. If you honestly care about your girlfriend and your relationship with her, then you'll stop. If you don't then I think you need to re-evaluate what matters more to you.
I agree with Fox that honesty is key in a relationship, but sometimes we do things we must hide for the sake of others. If you want to keep your relationship intact, then I would avoid telling her. Instead, make up for it by being more attentive and loving to her.
Counseling can really help you through some very difficult personal issues. I think if your willing to do it, it will only aid you in your turn around.
Smoking up more often should help too.
