I didnt notice that much eating super Kratom alone. When i made the tea method seeping it, I got a better high..in fact i hardly noticed anything off of Kratom alone.

I always got a great buzz with some good Red Thai mixed with a decent extract. Comparable to a few loratabs or something. This was in a tea for of course. The one time I did encapsulate the same mix it fucked my stomach up pretty bad and the effect was as desirable.

I'd say go for tea.
