When I combine these 2 together, especially at parties, I get this effect my friend calls 'The Spins'. I wanted to see how common "The Spins" side-effect of combining smoking weed with alcohol is in the Growery.
If you don't know what 'The Spins' are, its when you feel like your head is "spinning" in circles, when its really not. I get this effect the most when I lay down or when I close my eyes.
Anyone else get 'the spins' from this dynamic duo?
How about any other side-effects?
One side-effect (if you could call it that) I had with weed + alcohol when I was young lad and just starting to toke and drink, was that I could the effects of each drug only one at a time and not together as one. Like I would feel stoned one moment, then a couple minutes later, I would feel kinda drunk, then it would repeat. I actually liked it and wished that always happens, but it never does. I guess it was just my young mind trying to decide which one substance it liked better.

Yeah I get the spins if I get really high when im drunk, shit sucks, last time it happened I was camping at this mini music festival and the cops came and searched all my friends (busted some too) and I guess didnt see me passed out on in puke like 30 feet from everyone else

Yes, but I have to be REALLY drunk for this to happen.
Its usually the downfall of every party. We pass a bowl around when everyone is shitfaced and watch em' call a bathroom to hurl in...

If i get drunk before I smoke, spins. If I smoke before I drink, no problem.
Happens that way every time with me, I'll go out and get drunk then come home and take a tiny hit. 10 minutes after that I'm puking my guts up because the spins are so bad. But if I'm stoned before I drink I tend to a.) not drink as much and b.) not get the spins if I smoke again after drinking. Kind of weird, but at least I know what to expect

Pussies, I always smoke when I'm drunker than shit. I've never thrown up from the "spins". But I do sometimes feel like my head is moving in circles when I close my eyes.

if i smoke before i drink i'm fine. if i smoke after i'm drunk i get the spins hardcore, even smoking a cigarette after i'm drunk will do this though.

I only get the spins if I drink and shroom or something like that. I usually have a shot glass in one hand and a blunt in the other so maybe I am like accustomed to it.

LOL, this is true. If I smoke I usually have no desire to drink. But I never throw up from smoking and drinking. (I'm also a pretty heavy drinker)

I have never experienced any bad effects of this combo. Maybe I just like the feeling for my head spinning?

The spins come entirely from alcohol. If you drink too much and don't smoke weed you get the spins and if you drink too much and do smoke weed you still get the spins. It's also true that if you smoke weed and get punched by Mike Tyson you'll get knocked out.

I feel it only happens once or twice ever and then you're 'broken in' to the combination.
Once at a party, 7 of us hot boxed a car and were completely stoned off our heads. I was drunk already and as soon as I got out it hit me.
Lying down inside on the couch while everyone's dancing around me. A major whitey with spinners. The music made it worse,woozy dance beats increased the rate of spins. I eventually went outside and got sick. I was fine from then on.
I will never get spin again because of it.
