it doesn't matter. half the time I don't even use vermiculite

because there are a TON of different mediums you can use that still fall into the "soil less" category. When someone says hempy bucket, you know that they mean perlite and vermiculite only, with a 1"-2" resevoir at the bottom of the bucket. it's specific.
