The kids are all doing great. One of them was attacked last week though, causing some damage to the fan leaves. It must have been a cutter ant or a most likely a caterpillar. Chewed the stems right at the leak intersection on 3 branches. MOTHER FUCKERS! also found only 1 large mite. Might have been a predator noting that there was only one w/no eggs. UNT KEINA IER!!! Or however it's spelled!HAHAHA
Anyway the growth is going well. They have all doubled in size, w/ minimum stretch, minus the one which was attacked #R-1. I think it might be a male anyway, for percentage of advanced growth compared to the rest. We'll see.

Week 6
Besides the random pest, the kids are doing fair. They're not showing sex yet, but Jando and Johandro are around 42" in height. Male? The picture on the right, Johandro has my bic down at the bottom to show scale. If these two are male, I would like to sex a couple of branches on one of the other plants.
 
The two which went outside earlier in the season, Wild1 and Wild2 are slower than their sisters, but are catching up all right, at about 28" and healthy. This pik is W2
One of the original 4, R2D2, has been attacked by the bastard bunch of aphids. The new growth looks like shit! Holy, twisted...oh it sickens me! I will going out with some soap spray tonight. I hope it works good. All I saw were aphids, so...Anyway, here is a picture of Mickey at week 6. 32" Stout, healthy, and growing its bush out well.

Looks like you might be lacking sunlight to those babies. Look at how dense they were down below before you put them out, now there's just a big ol' stem growing up to the sky... Should be fine though they look real healthy!

Yeah, they did get a bit stretched when I put em out. I think it is missing some light, but the two taller ones are male, I think.

Week 8 Veg

So the kids are doing good. 3 girls have shown their sex, Mickey and R2-D2. wooo Those bitches are lookin sexy! R2 is recovering from the insect attack, hopefully she won't get any more stress. Mickey is doing fukking super She is about 3.5' and plenty of nodes. She's going to bud well. I am planning on breeding a couple of branches with Jando if they both do good.
Jando and Johandro (the giants@4-1/2')are starting to show sex too, but still too early to tell. They are most certainly males (90% sure). I just fed all the kids yesterday, so I should be able to tell for sure in a couple days.
A1-A2(the first outdoor) are growing still. A-1 is doing well@ 3'questionable on sex though. A-2 is definitely a girl, but is choked out by the surrounding flora. I will trim the area, and the lower leaves that aren't getting much light. Probably will only get an 8th or so outta' that one.
I am starting the next FF step with some "Open Sesame" next week. The kids, I think will dig it! Hopefully, I won't be outside too late in the season, but the locust trees overhead will be the last ones to die, so my cover should be OK.
I will post some pix this weekend when I check on their sexes.
The autumn will be well enough this year. Maybe clone Mickey and R2

So the kids are fukkin awesome! Mickey had a huge growth spurt and is now at 5'!!! I started using the Open Sesame and they love the shit!

I personally wouldn't pinch a seedling. 3 of the six pictured were pinched at the top node at like 4-6 weeks. The tops will totally split and form 2 colas, but it is no guarantee if this effects +/- the potency.
If you are in an outdoor/guerilla spot, where your bottom leaves don't get much light, you can split them and recieve 200% uv to your cola's.

So the kids are doing great! Mickey and A1 are kicking some serious ass! Johandro and R2D2 are still playing catch-up. Fuckin late bloomers. Beastie Bloomz showed up today, so they will be munching on that in a couple days. Enjoy! The time is coming.
