Starting the Rebuild on my dads old 79' Triumph T140 Bonneville, but god this is going to take awhile, I'm planning on making a journal out of the rebuild. But before I do I just want to know if anyone here is interested in following it?
Just finished getting most of the rust off of it, it was stuck in our flooded basement for at least 9 years. Now that we have it cleaned up we are starting to look around for parts. I will take pics once the Rebuild truely begins. I can't wait till its all fixed up.

you going to rebuild it, that's pretty awesome. are you going to make a lot of changes or are you going to keep it as original as possible?

Not sure. I am trying for original right now, but I'm planning on reentering it into the dirtracing scene around here, my father used to race on it back in the 80's before I was born. So, to keep it up to par with some of the other bikes around here I may need to do a few tweaks, but its a beast already so I may not need to change it at all. I'm going to have one of my friends that is a working artist do a custom paint job.
