You Know What That Means!
One of these Earth-like planets has a higher probability of hosting non-intelligent lifeforms, like fungi and plants.
Imagine... harvesting wild Outer-Space Psychedelic Mushrooms and Dank Extra-Terrestrial Budz!
And imagine if one of those planets had a highly-advanced race of intelligent beings that have been working on their own cultivation experiments with those Space Mushrooms and Dank Space Budz!

in all likely hood we won't be able to consume matter from other planets. The diversity of microbial life on this planet is astounding, and the only reason we can survive here is because we've evolved to be tolerant of the trillions of bacteria on our skin and in our bodies. 99.999999999999999999999999% of the time if we even tried to breathe the air on another planet, let alone eat something that grew there, we would die of 17,000 different diseases within 24 hours
