Since I haven't been around here since last summer, I was curious:
What were your new year's resolutions? How are they coming along?
I made two. I wanted to be able to do one-armed pushups and be able to do a planche before the year ends.
By March I was able to do 8 pushups on each arm but I haven't been able to work out cause I have mono. The planche is a work in a progress. I'm following this training:
